Boys’ Basketball Pre-Sale District Tickets

Pre-Sale Tickets for the Boys Basketball District Tournament will be on Sale Tuesday, March 4th, in the High School Cafeteria from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM and 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM.  They will also be available on Wednesday, March 5th in the High School Cafeteria from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Saturday’s – Boy’s Sectional game time – 7:00 PM

The Boy’s Basketball Sectional game was moved from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm by the OHSAA on February 24th.  The Medina Gazette had it in their paper at 4:00 pm.  The Gazette was informed of the time change after it was read in the paper.

FCA Huddle Showdown

The Buckeye Fellowship of Christian Athletes competed against 12 different schools from Northern Ohio in the annual Huddle Showdown.  The showdown consisted of several events, including tug of war, chariot races, flicker ball, monkey soccer, and volley ball.  Buckeye came away as the 2014 champions by winning 2 of the events and placing 2nd in

This past weekend, the Bucks wrestling team traveled right down the street to Medina High School to compete in the Division II Sectional Tournament. Garth Wurstle – College Hall of Fame

Garth Wurstle, 1981 Buckeye Graduate, played basketball for Robert Morris University.  In 1981-82 seasons Robert Morris qualified for the NCAA Tournament.  They were the first in their school history to qualify for this tournament.  On February 15, 2014 the 81-82 basketball team was inducted into the Robert Morris “HALL OF FAME”.  The Buckeye Athletic Family
