The Buckeye 8th grade girls basketball extended their season one more evening as they defeated South Amherst (Firelands) Middle School in P.A.C. Tournament semi-final action play. The Lady Bucks won by a score of 26-17 and advance to the finals tomorrow night at 6:00 p.m. at Columbia MIddle School. They will be playing Durling (Clearview) Middle School who defeated Columbia in overtime by a score of 34-31.

Leading the Buckeye 8th graders were:

Madison Amburgey – 4 points, 1 rebound, 2 steals
Sydney Bell – 4 points, 4 rebounds, 1 steal
Courtney Keeler – 4 points, 1 rebound, 1 steal
Alyssa Beckett – 3 points, 1 rebound, 1 steal
Haylee Roach – 3 points, 1 rebound
Alexa Atlasy – 2 points
Jessica Girard – 2 points, 2 rebounds, 3 assists, 3 steals
Reagan McCourt – 2 points
Riley Vickerts – 2 points, 1assist
Olivia Clady – 1 rebound
Natalie Huber – 2 rebounds, 1 steal
Makenzie Mesar – 2 rebounds, 2 steals

The 8th grade team is now 17-1 overall and 16-1 in the P.A.C. GO LADY BUCKS!!!!!
